Refund Policy

Orion Crossing will replace or refund items that have been damaged en route to your shipping address. Be sure to immediately report any damage. We will also, upon request, cancel orders that have yet to be processed.  Orion Crossing cannot accept refunds on personalized items, special orders, or monogrammed products, nor upon items damaged by normal wear.
All refunds or replacements are made at the sole discretion of Orion Crossing Fine Art.
